So far we are unimpressed. Been waiting for our room since 4:00 pm. It is now 5:18. Not sure I would want to be a part of a vacation ownership group with this much disorganization. This is not the 1st spring break this resort has been through I'm quite certain my checkout time will not be extended to accommodate the late check in. Extremely disappointed. Maybe things will change during our stay.
