PRIZE: 5-Night stay at a CLUB WYNDHAM® WorldMark® by Wyndham or Shell Vacations Club resort offered by Wyndham Extra Holidays, based on winner's choice, in a one-bedroom unit. Reservations are subject to availability and require 2 days' advance notice. Retail value ranges from $320 USD - $2,155 USD for 5 nights in a one-bedroom unit depending on resort and travel dates selected. A valid passport is required for all visitors to the United States, including those entering from Canada. You can find additional information regarding these requirements at www.passportcanada.gc.ca. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prize is nontransferable. No prize substitutions and prize may not be redeemed for cash. Prize is redeemed through Wyndham Extra Holidays. Airfare, transportation, ratuities, other incidental expenses and room taxes (ranging from $7 USD - $64 USD per night) are not included. Prize expires one year from date of issue.
WINNING: One winner will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible on or about April 1, 2015, for entries received January 1- March 31, 2015; July 1, 2015, for entries received April 1 - June 30, 2015; October 1, 2015, for entries received July 1- September 30, 2015; and January 2, 2016, for entries received October 1 - December 31, 2015. Drawing will occur at Sponsor's corporate office in Orlando, Fla.
Winner does not need to be present to win. Official notice to winner is by email. Winner must claim Prize within 30 days of notification and use Prize within one year from date of issue. If the Winner does not claim the Prize within 30 days, it will remain unawarded. Winner will be responsible for any local, state and federal taxes related to the Prize. Canadian Law requires that residents of Canada answer a skill testing question correctly prior to receipt of the prize. This question shall be included within the official notice of prize winnings. To receive the prize, winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, which includes consent to use of name, photo, likeness, and city and state of residence by the Sponsor for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. This Affidavit of Authorization and Release must be notarized by a notary public. Winner is responsible for any income tax or tax withholdings resulting from prize award. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received.
