Although the condos themselves were perfect for our needs, the service at this "resort" was entirely non-existent. I could go on and on about the various examples of lack of customer service here in one weekend but I'd probably run out of space here. Just to name a few, our room reservation was LATE even after applying for early check-in, there was nowhere to leave our luggage while we waited and then NO help with bags or a cart full of groceries when we finally got ONE of our two condos, no call backs or follow through on inquiries and simple requests, over $200 in taxes were added to our rooms even AFTER I asked for a total price months prior because I was coordinating a large group and needed to split the cost. Now I'm out of pocket over $200. There seemed to be no communication amongst office staff. Staff was entirely unapologetic and not at all helpful, which was honestly the worst part. I could have been understanding about the lateness, lack of assistance, and undisclosed costs but the lack of concern from MULTIPLE staff members was unsettling. When you spend over $2,000 just on lodging for one weekend, you expect at least SOME customer service. Again, the rooms themselves are great, but I would never go as far as calling this a "resort" because it lacks all that comes with the connotation of that word.
