Annual HK's Hospital Benefit Golf Tournament

The Annual HK Golf Tournament is moving quickly toward the June 8th date. We already have more than 75 sponsors and have nearly our full field of players! The Friday night VIP/Celebrity party has generated a lot of interest and looks to be a very successful event of its own, with more than 200 people participating. This party is a thank-you to our major sponsors at the $2,500 level and above. Members of the Kansas City Chiefs will be on hand for autographs and pictures, along with dancing to the music of the Ralph Butler Band. Due to the limited space at Porto Cima and the wonderful response of our sponsors, we currently have a waiting list for extra tickets. We have many exciting items for the Saturday night, June 3, auction at the Exhibit Hall. This party is open to sponsors, golfers and their guests, with extra tickets available for $25 each. Just to whet your appetite, here are a few of the auction items: Golf Cart, PWC, KC Chiefs Package, STL Cardinals Package, Furniture, BBQ Grill, Watches, Disneyworld Tickets, Las Vegas Weekend, and much, much more.

Lake West MusicFest, Battle of the Bands

Battle of the Bands sponsored by the Lake West Chamber of Commerce. Music begins at Noon, Beer Garden opens at 10:30 am, Crafts and vendors will be set up all day, Fireworks at 10:00 pm. Annual Missouri Wine Festival

Several Missouri wineries, from various regions, will be on hand. Each winery will have a variety of wines available for tasting and their representative will answer questions and you to the right selection for your tastes. After tasting till your hearts content, you will be able to purchase your favorites by the bottle or case. Admission includes your souvenir wine glass.

Laurie Hillbilly Bar-B-Q Cook Off

Cook-off is sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society. We make it a community event by having a dance, craft booths, food booths and local judges  The Cook-Off attracts participants from throughout Missouri and surrounding states.

Annual Lake Area Fall Festival

The City of Osage Beach’s Fall Festival started in September 2001. It has since provided a fun-filled day of food, crafts, entertainment, kid’s activities as well as educational opportunities for the community. The entertainment includes a variety of performances including dance and music from local talents, the 3rd Annual Osage Beach Little Mr. & Miss Contest and the 1st Annual BowWow Contest. The kid’s activities, all of which are FREE, include hayrides, train rides, carnival inflatable’s, petting zoo, and more. Each year over thousands of visitors enjoy the activities provided by the Fall Festival, which is located at Osage Beach City Hall.

Westlake Street Machine Fall Follies

Location: Laurie Fair Grounds

Car show open to all cars, trucks, drag boats and motorcycles. Parts vendors, crafters, duck races, engine blow are just some of the activities taking place during the show. The car show will end around 5;00 with a car cruise through the city of laurie at approximately 5;30, the cruise will come back to the fair grounds around 6:30 and once every one is back from the cruise the band 'becker street' will take the stage for some of the best 50's, 60's and early 70's music you've heard. A beer garden will be in full swing as well.

OLDE TYME APPLE FESTIVAL

Juicy red apples, crisp fall weather and a rainbow of autumn colors surrounding the Lake of the Ozarks are the ingredients of this family-friendly fall favorite in Versailles . The festival features a basketful of activities appealing to people of all ages and interests. At the festival's core is the historic Morgan County Courthouse, where there will be continuous entertainment throughout the day, a parade, apple pie auction, craft and food booths, car show, a fiddle contest, museum tours and much more.
