Mardi Gras – Hundreds of Mardi Gras clubs (called krewes) host grand balls and several krewes conduct colorful parades through the streets of the city.  Mardi Gras Day is the biggest celebration of the year in New Orleans. Mardi Gras is a world famous event and everyone should experience it, at least once in a lifetime.

Odyssey's Shipwreck & Treasure Adventure – You can experience and see the shipwreck treasures and recovered artifacts. Located at Jax Brewery in the heart of New Orleans’ historic French Quarter, explore it all through hands-on exhibits and games.

Harrah's Casino - Harrah’s reopened, located just inside the Canal Street entrance to the casino, features the new games many five-reel and multi-denomination games the Penny Gras slot section. There is much to see and do and win in the casino!

New Orleans Steamboat Company – The Company operates two riverboat cruises on the Mississippi River: The authentic NATCHEZ dinner jazz and harbor cruises are available for your enjoyment.

The Audubon Zoo – This is a New Orleans landmark and a living museum with both rare and natural creatures. Animals include elephants, the Komodo dragon and the white tiger brothers from California, bears, monkeys, snakes, orangutans, elks and more.
