Trail of the Coeur D’Alene – Bike from Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way from Mullan, a mining town near the Montana border, to Plummer, a town on the prairie near the Washington border. More than 72 miles of paved paths; follow paths from Silver Valley, into the lakes region, along Lake Coeur d'Alene, over the Chatcolet Bridge to Heyburn State Park, and climb to the Palouse prairie.

Museum of North Idaho - Experience the history of the Coeur d'Alene region. The Museum of North Idaho and the Fort Sherman Museum offers an educational glimpse of local history.

Osprey Inn – Build in 1915 as a boarding house for lumberjacks, visitor’s can now fish from the inn's private dock, and observe natural bird and waterfowl at the sanctuary.

Crane House Museum - Formed in 1984 for perpetuating Harrison's colorful heritage. The museum contains historical information from the late 1890s and early 1900s. The old jail, a structure from 1920, has been moved to the Crane House site. Offers tours by appointment.
